As a Telecom specialist but also as an customer, you sometimes need support.
- As an end user or as a NON-certified partner, you will receive support at cost price after accepting our support agreement.
- We provide free support to a certified person as long as the problem is not mentioned in the user manual or it was not discussed in your Q2 training or subsequent round table sessions.
Obviously, support cannot be free in the following situations:
- going on site without the right tools;
- asking for support as completely unqualified;
- let you read the instructions for use;
- cause unnecessary loss of time;
- products not sold by Adeltronik;
- causes outside the Adeltronik products;
- Don't answer our questions;
- Don't follow our advice;
- and more like this...
For remote access we prefer to use Chrome Remote Desktop, but also Quick Assist, Annydesk, Teamviewer.
